About Breathwork

Breathwork is a healing practice that is as simple as it is powerful. By using a specific, active breathing pattern designed to bypass the overactive brain, breathwork creates space for incredible healing by uniting mind, body, and spirit. Particularly useful for:

Unlike many other healing modalities, breathwork can yield noticeable results in just one session. When done regularly, it has the potential to unleash true transformation. A typical session begins with an introductory conversation about what is going on in your life and where you’re seeking healing and growth. The breathwork itself consists of 35 minutes of active breathing followed by 10-15 minutes of deep rest. You, as the breather, are the one doing the real healing! My role is to hold safe, sacred space for you to open your heart, listen to your body, and feel your feelings.
